Getting all of the supplies needed for their Labor Day feast, Tobey Maguire and his family headed out to Ralph's in Malibu, CA to pick up some last minute groceries on Monday (September 3).
The "Spider Man" actor kept a casual look in a white t-shirt, patterned shorts, and sneakers as he walked hand in hand with his daughter, Ruby. His wife, Jennifer Meyer, and their son, Otis, followed close behind.
In other news, Tobey will be teaming up with fellow actor friends, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy, to produce an untitled drama about animal trafficking for Warner Bros.
A spokesperson for the production company confirmed the news to Entertainment Weekly, saying that the movie is currently in development and the search for writers has begun.
