"Dixie Chicks" Singer Emily Robison: It's a Baby Girl! Sep 4th 2012, 21:15 Adding to her growing flock, Dixie Chicks singer Emily Robison gave birth to a baby girl today (September 4). The 40-year-old and her boyfriend Martin Strayer welcomed 8lb, 5oz Violet Isabel Strayer into the world at 3:01am this morning. The country crooner's rep says, "Mom and baby Violet are doing well and Dad couldn't be happier." Eager to welcome their new sister home are seven-year-old twins Henry and Juliana and nine-year-old Charles from Emily's previous marriage to Charlie Robison.
