After driving dangerously on the roadways, Stephen Baldwin was arrested in New York City, New York on Thursday (August 23).
The "The Usual Suspects" actor was pulled over at 5:14 p.m. after making an illegal U-turn in Harlem and was taken into custody after police learned he was behind the wheel under suspended license, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement officials tell the gossip site that Baldwin was taken to a jail not far away from the incident where he was booked for "aggravated unlicensed operator [of a motor vehicle]."
Although Baldwin's camp have yet to comment on the arrest, the 46-year-old actor is expected to make a court appearance in October for his arraignment.
