Experiencing a blessed weekend, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt officially assumed their latest roles of mother and father while welcoming a beloved son into the world on Saturday (August 25).
Confirming the joyous news, a rep for the famous couple offered up a statement reading: "Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are happy to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy Jack,."
Noting that the birth was a bit prior to what was expected, Faris and Pratt's spokesperson added, "He arrived earlier than expected and will be spending some time in the NICU. The happy parents thank you for your warm wishes and ask that you honor their privacy during this time."
Jack is the first child for Anna, 35, and Chris, 33, with the two having tied the knot back in 2009.
