After a big interview with Kate Couric, Jessica Simpson spent a romantic night out in New York City with her fiance Eric Johnson on Monday (September 10).
The couple was spotted leaving Tiny, as the 32-year-old donned a gorgeous maxi dress and held tightly on to her beau's hand.
Earlier in the afternoon, the blonde beauty debuted a decked out baby Maxwell in a handmade two piece yellow bikini. Showing off her adorable girl on "Katie," the little one struck a pose complete with a messy coif in the family photo.
While appearing on the brand new talk show, Miss Simpson also opened up about her new role saying, "Motherhood is a dream," adding, "It really is absolutely amazing. [Maxwell] had her first flight yesterday. Did not sleep! She didn't cry. She just wanted to babble."
Her fiancé Eric Johnson is also enjoying fatherhood as Jessica said, "People call him the best dad in the world. Even my dad calls him that! He can do everything. He can change every diaper . . . he's just a very peaceful person."
