Marion Cotillard Covers TIME Style&Design Fall 2012
Sep 9th 2012, 14:44

Chosen as the focal point of this season's installment, Marion Cotillard adorns the cover of the Fall 2012 issue of TIME Style&Design magazine.

The 36-year-old French actress is in typical flawless form while clad in Gucci for the Peter Hapak shot front page with the accompanying spread including a colorful Alexander McQueen gown, a Rodarte blouse/pencil skirt combo and a Prada jacket teamed with an Andrew Gn skirt.

Along with the fashionable pictorial, a few highlights from Miss Cotillard's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to TIME Style&Design!

On her family: "We lived in an amazing, creative, free and loving world."

Jeremy Renner on Marion: "She makes everything look easy. Nothing gets under her skin."

'Rust and Bone' director Jacques Audiard on Marion: "It's strange, because I had the feeling sometimes that I was directing Marion like I would direct a man. I don't know how to describe it except to say that she's very rational and direct and not fussy in a girly sort of way. This was incredibly surprising."

On her fashion choices: "If I don't feel like myself in an outfit—if it makes me feel like a different person—I won't wear it. I always find something that's kind of crazy but at the same time is wearable and really looks like me."

On turning to hats after having to shave her eyebrows and hairline for 'La Vie en Rose': "I looked terrible, so my hat collection increased dramatically."
