After her former husband made a shocking comment to paparazzi claiming she had an affair, Heidi Klum is now speaking out in her own defense.
In an interview for Katie Couric's new show, "Katie," which is set to air on Wednesday (September 12), the "Victoria's Secret" model said, "When we were together, I never looked at another man."
Heidi also continued to explain that apparently Seal didn't always choose the most appropriate words in their relationship and that includes his misuse of the word "fornicate," explaining, "It was a unique choice of words… I'm used to it. Other people aren't."
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Seal opened up to TMZ shutterbugs while leaving the airport about his opinions on his ex-wife getting close with her bodyguard of four years, Martin Kristen. He said, "Look boys, that's what happens when two people separate. They move on and that generally means [they have] other people in their lives. I necessarily don't expect Heidi to all of a sudden become a nun, but as always, my main priority is the emotional well being of our children."
Surprisingly, he continued, "To be quite honest, if there is going to be somebody else in their lives, I'd much rather it was a familiar face. I guess the only thing I would have preferred is that. . . I guess I didn't expect any better from him, I would have preferred Heidi show a little bit more class and at least wait until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were. But I guess you now all have the answer that you've been looking for for the past seven months."
