On her friendship with Yves Saint Laurent: "I miss him very much, because you don't have many people like that in your life. One, if you are lucky. But I still feel him, here, all around me. Not a ghost, but his spirit, his energy."
On the future of Yves Saint Laurent under Hedi Slimane: "I don't think it's easy for him taking over a house with a name like that. I don't think it can be 'Yves Saint Laurent' any more. It's not possible. It can't ever be the same."
On a previous photoshoot with Karl Lagerfeld's cat: "So we are shooting on this balcony in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris and I was so f*****g scared that Choupette would step back and fall off and that Karl would hate me forever because I killed his cat."
