"Most Royal" Hilary Duff Shops in Beverly Hills Sep 10th 2012, 23:38 Wandering around a bit, Hilary Duff shopped in Beverly Hills before heading into an office building today (September 10). The "Lizzie McGuire" star wore a white t-shirt, red skinny pants, black heels, and a small black purse as she looked for the building.
