Yahoo Movies gave fans the first look at Penelope Cruz and Emile Hirsch in the drama "Twice Born," this afternoon (September 5).
The Sergio Castellitto directed film is an adaptation of the novel by Margaret Mazzantini and follows a single mother, played by the Latina, who brings her teenage son Pietro to Sarajevo, the site of his father's death in Bosnia.
After previously escapinh the war-torn city, Gemma is now hoping that a trip back will help mend the relationship she has with her son. She quickly realizes that it means will facing loss, the cost of war and the redemptive power of love.
"Twice Born," originally titled "Venuto al mondo," will release in Italy on November 9. Check out the trailer in the player below!
