In a bizarre twist to the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce drama, the NBA player has just been sued by a woman claiming he gave her herpes.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe in Los Angeles and later flirted at the Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip. Kayla alleges he then took her to his hotel and had sex with her multiple times, including orally.
The complaint states that during a portion of the encounter, a condom was not used. A week later, she was diagnosed with herpes.
Now, Miss Goldberg is suing for sexual battery, claiming the 27-year-old knew he had herpes when they had sex, but failed to tell her.
Humphries rep fired back saying that he's "100 percent sure she did not contract [herpes] from him." They refused to entertain her multimillion-dollar demands.
